MSX, leading specialists in bonded warehousing, has this month affirmed its position as a market leader in the travel retail industry becoming Brown-Forman’s logistics service provider for Brown-Forman’s entire Travel Retail business in the UK market.
The new UK-wide contract extends the Hampshire-based company’s existing agreement with Brown-Forman, and MSX will now provide Brown-Forman supplies to major outlets including World Duty Free, P&O and Condor Ferries, and British Airways, in addition to their existing cruise, marine, military and diplomatic clients.
MSXʼs bespoke operations incorporates warehousing and storage, stock management and administration of transport, deliveries and logistics in UK and duty management.
After working with family-controlled Brown-Forman for two years, MSX welcomed signing of the new 12-month, UK-wide contract with the renowned drinks company.

Brown-Forman is among the world’s top 10 largest sprits companies, selling to over 160 countries, and has more than 25 upmarket brands in its portfolio of wines and spirits, including Jack Daniels, Chambord and Finlandia Vodka.
MSX has remained a privately-owned, family company since its inception in 1933 as a whisky producer. The company moved into bonded warehousing services in 1974 and is based in Totton.
