MSX has made some exciting changes to its processing department recently.
Katie Wood, who was a senior processing administrator, has been promoted to customer service supervisor. She will be the first point of contact for handling any customer queries.
Katie was promoted to this role due to her real can-do attitude and, together with her vast amount of knowledge and experience, has proved to be a major asset to the company.
Gemma Knell, 21, and Cara Turnbull, 20, who were previously order processing administrators, have been promoted to customer service administrators.
The six-strong processing team is headed up by Glyn Sheppard, processing and distribution manager.
Glyn said: "We are extrememly pleased to promote Katie, Gemma and Cara, who have all demonstrated a great level of dedication and professionalism in their work."
